How can I register as a customer in the webshop?
All customers of Draeger can create an account in the Customer Portal. This account is called Draeger ID. With a Draeger ID, you can access both the Customer Portal and several different applications that are gathered in there. The webshop is one of the applications.
To create a Dräger ID, you can either visit www.draeger.com/portal and
click on “Sign Up”, or you can click on the profile icon in the upper right
corner in the webshop, and then click on “Sign up”.
When registering, a message "E-mail address is already in use" is displayed. What can I do to register anyway?
The message means that there is already a user in the webshop with this e-mail address. Have you registered in the past? Then simply use the "Forgot Password" function to set a new password and you can log in to the webshop.
Who can order in the webshop?
All existing customers of Draeger can place orders in the webshop.
How can I close my account in the DrägerShop and delete my data from the system?
Please send an email via the contact form and inform that you do not longer wish to use the webshop. The closing of your account will only affect the data in the webshop system. If you have registered for further systems from Dräger (such as SAP or applications in the Customer Portal) and have stored your data, these will not be deleted. Once the webshop account has been closed, you will no longer be able to use the webshop with this account.
Is there only one user account per company in the DrägerShop?
The accounts in the webshop are personalized accounts that are assigned to one specific person. Any employee who orders in the webshop can create their own webshop account. We recommend that each user creates a personalized account - This also ensures that emails and notifications are sent to the person acting on them.
How do I log in to the webshop?
Click on the Log in icon in the upper right corner in the webshop. Then log in by typing your email address and your personal password.
If you’ve already logged in to the Customer Portal, you
simply click on the webshop application, and you will be redirected to the webshop
without further log in requirement.
How can I change the email address of an existing user account?
Every user should use a personalized account. If a customer uses the account of a colleague, that account should be completely deleted for privacy reasons and the customer should create a new personal account.
If a user has changed their email address, they need to create a new webshop account and inform Draeger that the old account should be closed.
I use a customer account which I have taken over from a colleague - can I still use it for the webshop?
Both the email address used for creating the account, and the account itself, should be personal. Therefore, we strongly recommend you create a new webshop account that belongs to you instead of taking over an existing account from a colleague.
When will the order be delivered?
If the goods are available in stock, shipping usually takes place within a few working days. This period is extended when the goods have to be produced or transferred from another warehouse. In urgent cases, an "express delivery" can be selected during the ordering process.
Will the delivery date be shown in the webshop?
You will be able to see an estimated delivery date in the webshop. Usually, we ship within 3-5 business days after receiving your order. If you choose Express Delivery in the checkout process, we ship within 1-2 business days. In case an article is not available for delivery within this time frame our customer, support team will contact you with further information on your delivery.
Is it possible to view my order history?
Yes, if you are logged in to the webshop, you can view your previous orders by clicking on the profile icon in the upper right corner and then on “Orders”.
You can also use the application Order History in the Customer Portal.
Why are quantity or packaging units automatically adjusted in the shop?
A packaging unit is the smallest unit in which a product is shipped. If several products are in a package, the order quantity information will be adjusted in the webshop to automatically indicate the minimum quantities that can be ordered (and multiples of minimum quantity).
Why is the product range not complete?
The offer in the webshop is based on items previously ordered by our customers in the webshop and depending on the selection of the country. Maybe the item you're looking for is no longer active and has been replaced by another item or it has not yet been added to the store catalog. Please contact Draeger and inform which product you would like to order in the webshop.
Why are the prices hidden or zero?
Prices can only be viewed by logged in users in the webshop.
Which prices can be viewed in the DrägerShop?
If a user is logged in to the webshop, they will see their individual prices and conditions.
