Who can order in the shop?
The ordering process in the shop is only available for registered customers. If you already have a Dräger customer number, you can register via "Sign Up”.
How can I register?
If you already have an existing Dräger customer number, you can easily register via "Sign up”. Please note: The validation process of your process can take up to 48 hours. During weekends this validation time could be longer.
I registered in the shop - how long does it take until my account is activated and I can place an order?
Since each account registration gets validated by an Dräger employee to ensure the connection of your account to your company so that you can see your individual prices, it can take up to 48 hours during weekdays until your account will be released. As soon as you can use the shop you will get an email notification.
Is there only one user account per company in the shop?
The user accounts are personalized accounts that are assigned to the company you are working in. Any employee who is allowed to order in the shop can create their own user account via the "Sign In" function. We recommend that each user creates a personalized account - this also ensures that emails and notifications are sent to the person acting on them.
How can I change the email address of an existing user account?
Every user should create and use a personalized account. If you would like to use the user account of a colleague who has already left or a colleague who is now performing other tasks, the shop account should be deleted for privacy reasons and the customer should create a new personal user account. Please feel free to contact the Dräger customer service if you need support in deleting accounts.
How can I close my account in the shop and delete my data from the system?
The e-mail that you are using is not only your possibility to log into the shop but also is your Dräger ID for many Dräger applications. If you only want to close your shop account but still be able to use other Dräger applications, please contact your Dräger customer service.
Ordering and Delivery
When will the order be delivered?
The delivery time depends on the chosen products and the chosen shipping option thus no general answer can be given. But you have the opportunity to check the delivery date for your filled cart in the checkout where the date will be calculated for you individually.
Will the delivery date be shown in the shop?
Yes, you can calculate the delivery date in the checkout based on the products and delivery method you have chosen.
Is it possible to view my order history?
Yes, when you are logged in via “My Account”à “Orders” it is possible to monitor the order history. Besides of that you can also see orders from your colleagues and get insights on the orders in the shop of your company.
Will I be able to track my order?
We provide a functionality to track your parcel as soon as it is shipped to ensure that you are always up to date where your parcel is. You only need your customer reference number such as the Dräger order number track.draeger.com.
Products
Why are quantity or packaging units automatically adjusted in the shop?
A packaging unit is the smallest unit in which a product is shipped. If several products are in a package, the order quantity information will be adjusted in the Shop to automatically indicate the minimum quantities that can be ordered (and multiples of minimum quantity).
Why is the product range not complete?
We are aiming to shop available products in the shop. If there is still something that you are missing, please contact your Dräger customer service.
Why are the prices hidden or zero?
Prices can only be viewed by logged in users in the shop. If you are already logged in and still cannot see prices, please contact your Dräger customer service.
What kind pf prices do I see in the shop?
If you are logged in to the shop, you are able to see your individual prices and conditions on base of your individual price agreements with Dräger.
