BAUER PE 100-W-PN 330 bar 6534536 The smallest one in our range of compact compressors: The BAUER PE 100 is part of a generation of mobile breathing air compressors that stand out due to their reliability and robustness combined with compact dimensions and low weight. With its three drive variants gasoline, three-phase current and alternating current it is suited for the most different applications - be it ashore for small fire brigades, in vehicles as mobile breathing air supply system or at sea to recharge compressed air breathing cylinders, or for sports diving. The TRIPLEX®- filter system provides for purest breathable air as per the strict breathing air standard DIN EN 12021. Electrical control: High-current part: star-delta device, motor current (via PTC), combined main & emergency stop switch, terminal board, regulated power supply. B-CONTROL MICRO is a fully electronic compressor control, with terminal for controlling of contactors and solenoid valves as well as all input-terminals for the sensors, with display and foil-keyboard. All important information such as current operating conditions, compressor confi- guration, maintenance indication etc. can be called via the display. Display of operating data using symbols, maintenance information and error indication in English language Control all elements which are necessary to supervise and control the instruments: compressor (sensors for pressure and temperature, SECURUS+ etc.) High-current part and B-CONTROL MICRO are integrated in the common control box. The B-CONTROL MICRO provides supervision of: working hours, oil pressure, temperature last stage, motor overload (indirect via PTC) and final pressure. The compressor block: With Micronic intake filter, inter cooler and after cooler, intermediate strainer after 2nd stage and intermediate pressure relief valves. The compressor block and drive motor are mounted on a base frame. Systems operated with alternating current 230 V/50 Hz (three-phase current 400 V/50 Hz) are equipped with motor overload switch, power cord incl. plug. The filter system comprises: Central filter system, complete with TRIPLEX® P11 long-term filter cartridge, pressure retention non-return valve and final pressure safety valve.
