How can I register as a customer in the DrägerShop?
Users who are already a customer of Draeger and have a SAP customer number can apply for a user account for the online shop via the registration form in the DrägerShop if they are in scope of your specific shop solution. Customers without a SAP customer number can also complete the registration form if this functionality is available in your country. For Credit Card Customers, once the customer has completed the registration form and has confirmed the entry of their data by clicking in the confirmation e-mail, the account is immediately set up in the DrägerShop and can be used for ordering with list prices. They will have access to the product portfolio with payment by credit / debit card.
When registering, a message "E-mail address is already in use" is displayed. What can I do to register anyway?
The message means that there is already a user in the DrägerShop under this e-mail address. Have you registered in the past? Then simply use the "Forgot Password" function to set a new password and you can log in to the DrägerShop.

The closing of your account in the DrägerShop only affects the data in this system. If you have registered for further systems from Dräger (such as SAP) and have stored your data, these will not be deleted by the closing of the customer account in the DrägerShop. How can I change the email address of an existing user account?
Every user should create and use a personalized account. If a customer uses the user account of a colleague who has already left or a colleague who is now performing other tasks, it should be completely deleted for privacy reasons and the customer should create a new personal user account. This can be requested via the "Customer Registration" function in the DrägerShop. The user ID and email address are changed in the backend.
I use a customer account which I have taken over from a colleague - can I still use it for the new DrägerShop?
In the new DrägerShop, you use the e-mail address of the customer ID with which to log in to the customer account. This should be your personal email address, which you also have access to. Your e-mail address also allows you to change your personal password or assign a new one if you have forgotten yours. If you are currently working with the customer account of another person whose e-mails you do not have access to, please request your own customer account via the "Customer Registration" function in the DrägerShop or contact the DrägerShop team.
